About this scholarship
GKS is the Korean government's flagship scholarship inviting international students to study degree programs in Korea, including a year of intensive Korean language. Applications run through Korean embassies or directly through partner universities.

Eligibility criteria
Non-Korean citizens under the age limit (typically 25 for bachelor's, 40 for graduate programs) with the required prior degree and a cumulative GPA of at least ~80% (or top 20% of class).
