Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Click “Create Account”, enter your name, email, and a password. We send a verification link (during development without an email provider, the link is shown on screen). Verifying unlocks saving, tracking, and personalized recommendations.
How does the eligibility checker decide?
We compare what you enter (nationality, degree, grades, language scores, and more) against the structured criteria stored for each scholarship. You get one of four results: eligible, potentially eligible, ineligible, or insufficient information — with every requirement explained. It's advisory only; the provider always makes the final call.
What's the difference between Verified, Unverified, and Demo records?
Verified = reviewed by our team against the official source (with the date shown). Unverified = listed but not yet reviewed. Demo records = illustrations of how listings work; treat their dates and details as examples, and always confirm on the official page.
Do you charge for applications or take payments?
No. Discovery, tools, and tracking are free, and applications always happen on the provider's own website. Consultants on the marketplace set their own transparent prices, paid directly to them — never through us.
How do application reminders work?
Add an opportunity to your tracker, set a status, deadline, next action, and reminder date. You'll see everything on your dashboard and receive in-app notifications. Email reminders switch on automatically once an email provider is connected to the platform.
Who can see my documents and notes?
Only you. Uploaded documents are stored privately and served only to your authenticated session. Dashboard pages are excluded from search engines.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, saved items, tracker, notes, and uploaded documents. It cannot be undone.
Is Go Above available in my country?
The platform is open worldwide, with content initially focused on students from Pakistan and other major international student markets applying to popular destinations.

Know a scholarship, program, job, or internship we should list? Send it with its official link. Submissions are reviewed before publication — we only publish what we can trace to an official source.
Go Above helps you discover and organize opportunities. We do not award scholarships, admissions, jobs, or visas — final decisions always belong to the university, employer, funder, or government authority.
